Touching Hearts at Home - Central New York
After our mother was diagnosed with cancer in 2004, our eyes were opened to the importance of having qualified, compassionate caregivers in her home when our family needed help. Our passion to serve elders has its roots in this deeply personal experience. That is why our family is dedicated to this important work and strongly believe that seniors deserve the highest quality, personalized care to fit the needs of you and your family.
We are a local, family-owned and operated company and began serving seniors and the disabled of Monroe County in Rochester, NY in 2007. In May of 2017, we opened our doors to serve older adults in the Onondaga County community. While being independently owned and operated, we also have the support and resources of our Touching Hearts at Home national franchise organization in Minneapolis, MN. A local, family-owned business with the national reach of the Touching Hearts franchise is a great combination to provide the highest quality of personalized care for our clients and their families.
All of our caregivers are carefully background-checked, trained, insured and bonded. We also have administrative and supervisory staff in our Syracuse office, as well as our Rochester branch available 24/7 to ensure our clients’ needs are met. In short, we are large enough to meet a diverse range of client needs and small enough to know each of our clients intimately.
We work in collaboration with elders, their caregivers, and experts in elder care like social workers, geriatric care managers, certified home health agencies, licensed home care service agencies, residential program managers, and other professionals who are best positioned to determine which companion care providers maintain the highest standards of care and service.
